Mostly brooding jazz, featuring the likes of Freddie Hubbard, Miles, and Cannonball Adderley, with some Nina Simone and Cassandra Wilson thrown in for good measure. This mixtape is the longest in the series (not surprising given the length of many jazz songs) so throw it on and paint for a couple of hours.
This should go along well with the downbeat mixes previously posted as good slow music that doesn’t actually put you to sleep, but is even enough to paint/work to. Features artists from NIN to Aesop Rock to Dee Dee Bridgewater (Couldn’t find the ‘Live at Yoshi’s’ version of ‘Slow Boat to China’, sorry). Enjoy.

After changing web hosts, I’m having problems with my blogs. They were backed up but aren’t appearing publicly for some reason. I’ll work on the issue and hopefully have the posts re-uploaded shortly, otherwise I’ll just reupload the backups.
